Rental Terms & Conditions租借条款与细则
Written to be read, not to hide things. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay rather than after.这些条款是写来让你看懂的，不是拿来藏东西的。有任何不清楚的地方，请在付款前问我们，不要等付了才问。
1. Rental period租借期限
The standard rental period is 10 days per item. The period is counted from your trip start date, not from the date we hand the items over and not from the date a parcel is delivered.标准租期为每件 10 天。 租期从你的出发日期开始计算，不是从我们交件那天，也不是从包裹送达那天算起。
Additional days are RM3 per item per day. If you know in advance that you need longer, tell us at booking and we will include it.超出租期每件每天加收 RM3。 如果事先知道需要更久，请在预订时告诉我们，我们会一起算进去。
2. Payment and cancellation付款与取消
The rental fee is paid upfront at the time of booking. Payment is what confirms your dates and reserves the items, taking them out of circulation for that period.租金须在预订时全额支付。付款才算确认你的日期并为你保留衣物， 该段期间这些衣物不会再出租给别人。
⚠️ The rental fee is non-refundable if you cancel. This is stated on thebooking page before payment as well, so that nobody discovers it afterwards.⚠️ 取消预订的话，租金不予退还。这一点在预订页面付款前也有说明，不会让人事后才发现。
Accepted payment methods are DuitNow QR, cash and bank transfer. On DuitNow QR the merchant appears as TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB), which is the registered company behind the Futago Winter brand.接受的付款方式为 DuitNow QR、现金与银行转账。 DuitNow QR 的商户名称显示为 TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB)， 那是 Futago Winter 品牌背后的注册公司。
3. Security deposit押金
A deposit of RM100 per winter garment is payable at the same time as the rental fee.每件冬装须支付 RM100 押金，与租金同时支付。
The deposit is refunded in full on the same day the item is returned — or the same day we receive it, if you posted it back. Not the following week, and not at month end.押金在衣物归还当天全额退还 —— 寄回的话，则在我们收到当天退还。 不是隔周，也不是月底。
The deposit is used only in the circumstance described in section 5.押金只有在第 5 条所述的情况下才会动用。
4. Dry cleaning干洗
Winter garments are dry-clean only. A dry cleaning charge of RM20 per garment applies.冬季衣物只能干洗。每件收取 RM20 干洗费。
Garments are also sanitised in an LG Styler on a regular schedule while they are with us. This charge is waived if you have the garment dry-cleaned yourself before returning it. Please do not wash winter garments at home — machine washing damages the insulation in a down jacket permanently.衣物在店内期间也会定期用 LG Styler消毒杀菌。 如果你归还前自行送干洗，这笔费用免收。 请不要在家自行清洗冬装 —— 机洗会永久破坏羽绒服的保暖填充层。
5. Damage and loss损坏与遗失
The deposit is not there to catch you out. Normal wear, small marks and anything we can repair are not charged. We only deduct from the deposit if an item is damaged beyond re-rental.押金不是用来扣你钱的。正常穿着的痕迹、小污渍，以及任何我们能修复的情况，一律不收费。 只有当衣物损坏到无法再出租时，我们才会从押金中扣除。
Winter clothing is worn outdoors, in snow and slush. It gets dirty and it picks up marks — that is expected, that is what the dry cleaning charge covers, and it is not treated as damage.冬装本来就是在户外、雪地和雪水里穿的，会脏、会留下痕迹 —— 这是预期之内的，干洗费就是为此而收，不会被当成损坏处理。
"Damaged beyond re-rental" means the item can no longer be rented to the next customer — for example a large tear, a burn, or a stain that dry cleaning cannot remove. If an item is lost, please tell us as soon as you know.「损坏到无法再出租」指的是这件衣物无法再租给下一位客人 —— 例如大面积撕裂、烧破，或干洗也去不掉的污渍。如果衣物遗失，请在知道后尽快告诉我们。
6. Late return逾期归还
Items returned after the rental period are chargedRM3 per item per day.超过租期归还的衣物，每件每天收取 RM3。
Flights get delayed and trips get extended. If something has changed, message us — we would much rather know than wonder where the jacket is.航班会延误，行程会延长。如果有变动，请告诉我们 —— 我们宁可知道情况，也不想一直猜外套在哪里。
7. Delivery and return postage寄送与归还邮费
Delivery within West Malaysia is RM8 for 1–2 items and RM12 for 3 or more. East Malaysia orders: please enquire early on WhatsApp. We confirm the shipping arrangement, the postage and the expected delivery date individually. We despatch earlier so that it still reaches you before you fly.西马寄送费为 1–2 件 RM8，3 件或以上 RM12。 东马订单请提早通过 WhatsApp 查询。寄送安排、运费与预计送达时间会个别确认。我们会提早寄出，确保在你出发前送达。
Return postage is paid by the customer. Returns go to 8, Jalan Bijak, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.归还邮费由顾客承担。请寄回：8, Jalan Bijak, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur。
Self-pickup is available at the KL showroom only, free of charge, by appointment.自取仅限吉隆坡展示厅，免费，需预约。
8. Availability库存
All bookings are subject to availability for your dates. Stock moves quickly between November and Chinese New Year. We confirm what is available before you pay — nothing is charged for on the assumption that it will be free.所有预订均视你所选日期的库存而定。十一月至农历新年期间库存流动很快。 我们会在你付款前确认有货 —— 不会先收钱再假设到时候有空档。
