Rental is paid upfront on booking and is non-refundable if you cancel. The deposit is separate and is returned to you in full on the day the item comes back.租金于预订时全额支付，取消不予退还。押金独立计算，衣物归还当天全额退回。

So what does it actually cost you?那实际上花了多少？
You pay RM178 and get RM100 back, so the trip costs youRM78.你支付 RM178，拿回 RM100，实际花费是 RM78。
Dry-clean the jacket yourself before returning it and the dry cleaning charge is waived — total paid becomes RM158, and your real cost drops toRM58.如果你归还前自行送干洗，干洗费免收 —— 总支付变成 RM158， 实际花费降到 RM58。
Return postage is on top of this and depends on which courier you use.归还邮费另计，视你用哪家快递而定。
About the deposit · 关于押金
The deposit is not there to catch you out押金不是用来扣你钱的
Normal wear, small marks and anything we can repair are not charged. We only deduct from the deposit if an item comes back damaged beyond re-rental.正常穿着的痕迹、小污渍，以及任何我们能修复的情况，一律不收费。 只有当衣物损坏到无法再出租时，我们才会从押金中扣除。
Winter clothing is worn outdoors in snow and slush. It gets dirty — that is what the dry cleaning charge is for, and it is the reason we do not treat a dirty jacket as damage.冬装本来就是在雪地和雪水里穿的，一定会脏 —— 干洗费就是为此而收的， 所以我们不会把脏当作损坏来处理。
The RM100 per garment is refunded the same day you return the item, or the same day we receive it if you posted it back.每件冬装 RM100 的押金，在你归还当天退还； 寄回的话，则在我们收到当天退还。
