Two ways to do it. Come to the KL showroom and try everything on, or send us your measurements and we deliver. Both end the same way: you post or drop the items back, and the deposit is returned the same day.两种方式：到吉隆坡展示厅试穿，或告诉我们尺寸由我们寄送。两种方式的结尾都一样 —— 你把衣物寄回或送回，押金当天退还。
Path A · 方式 A
Fitting appointment at the KL showroom预约到吉隆坡展示厅试穿
- WhatsApp us to book a slot at the KL showroom.WhatsApp 预约展示厅的试穿时段。
- Try things on, choose your sizes, then pay the rental and deposit by DuitNow QR, cash or bank transfer.试穿、选尺码，然后以 DuitNow QR、现金或银行转账支付租金与押金。
- Collect your items.当场取件。
- Return them after your trip — the deposit is refunded the same day.旅程结束后归还 —— 押金当天退还。
Fitting is by appointment only, daily 10am–11pm. Booking ahead means the pieces you asked about are pulled and ready when you get here.试穿采预约制，每日 10am–11pm。先预约，你问过的款式我们会先准备好。

Delivery, anywhere in Malaysia全马寄送
- WhatsApp us your travel dates, your height and weight, and the items you want.WhatsApp 告诉我们出行日期、身高体重，以及想租的项目。
- Pay the rental upfront to confirm the booking.预先支付租金以确认预订。
- We ship it so that it arrives before you fly.我们安排寄送，确保在你出发前送达。
- Post it back after your trip — return postage is at your cost, and the deposit is refunded the same day we receive it.旅程结束后寄回 —— 邮费自付，我们收到当天退还押金。

The rental period · 租借期限
Your 10 days start when your trip starts10 天租期从你出发那天算起
This is the part people get wrong at other rental shops. Your rental period is counted from your trip start date, not from the day we hand the items over or the day the parcel arrives.这是很多人在别家租借时会搞错的地方。你的租期是从出发日期开始算， 而不是从我们交件那天、或包裹送达那天算起。
So if we deliver four days before you fly, those four days are not charged. You are not paying for shipping time or for the jacket to sit in your house.所以如果我们在你出发前四天送达，那四天是不收费的。 你不需要为运送时间、或外套放在你家的那几天付钱。
Need longer than 10 days? Extra days are RM3 per item per day. Tell us upfront and we will include it in the booking.需要超过 10 天？每件每天加收 RM3。 预订时先告诉我们，我们会一起算进去。

When to book before you fly出发前多久预订
- West Malaysia 西马Order at least 5 days before you fly.建议出发前至少 5 天预订。
- East Malaysia 东马East Malaysia orders: please enquire early on WhatsApp. We confirm the shipping arrangement, the postage and the expected delivery date individually.东马订单请提早通过 WhatsApp 查询。寄送安排、运费与预计送达时间会个别确认。
- KL self-pickup 吉隆坡自取Anytime, subject to availability.随时可安排，视库存而定。
There is no hard cutoff. If your trip is sooner than this, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it can reach you in time.我们没有硬性截止日期。如果行程较赶，请直接联络我们，我们会如实告诉你能否及时送达。
Payment · 付款方式
DuitNow QR, cash or bank transferDuitNow QR、现金或银行转账
The rental is paid upfront when you book — that is what confirms your dates and takes the items out of circulation for your trip. The deposit is paid at the same time and comes straight back to you on return.租金在预订时全额支付 —— 付款才算确认你的日期，我们才会把衣物为你保留下来。 押金同时支付，归还时全额退回。
On DuitNow QR the merchant shows as TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB). That is our registered company — Futago Winter is the brand it trades under.用 DuitNow QR 付款时，商户名称会显示 TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB)。 那是我们的注册公司，Futago Winter 是旗下的品牌名。
⚠️ The rental prepayment is non-refundable if you cancel. The deposit is entirely separate and always comes back, unless an item is damaged beyond re-rental. Full detail on the terms page.⚠️ 取消预订的话，已付租金不予退还。押金是完全独立的，一定退还， 除非衣物损坏到无法再出租。详情请看条款页面。
