Send us your height, weight, usual size, and the chest measurement of a jacket you already own and like the fit of. Each item's size and the chest it suits is also captioned on its Instagram and Facebook photo, so you can check against your own number. The full method is on the fit and sizing page.

Take the larger one. Winter outerwear is worn over a sweater, and a slightly loose jacket is warmer than a tight one — a tight jacket compresses the insulation and stops it working.

选大的那个。冬装是套在毛衣外面穿的，稍微宽松的外套比紧的更保暖 —— 太紧会把填充物压扁，保暖层就失效了。

Half a size up from the size you normally wear — tell us that and we will pick accordingly. Snow boots are worn with thick socks, and a tight boot restricts circulation, which makes your feet colder rather than warmer.

At least 5 days before you fly if you are in West Malaysia. East Malaysia orders: please enquire early on WhatsApp. We confirm the shipping arrangement, the postage and the expected delivery date individually. There is no hard cutoff — if your trip is sooner, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it can reach you in time.

From your trip start date, not from the day we deliver. So if the parcel arrives four days before you fly, those four days are not charged. Standard period is 10 days per item.

RM50 per winter garment for 10 days, RM50 per pair of shoes, and RM15 for a hat or scarf — rent 3 items or more and the rental on one of them is waived. Extra days are RM3 per item per day.

Yes. RM100 per winter garment, refunded the same day you return the item — or the same day we receive it, if you posted it back.

The rental fee is paid upfront and is not refundable if you cancel, because that payment reserves the items for your dates and takes them out of circulation. The deposit is separate and always comes back.

租金是预先支付的，取消不予退还，因为那笔付款的作用是为你的日期保留衣物、让它们不再出租给别人。押金是另外算的，一定会退还。

DuitNow QR, cash or bank transfer. On DuitNow QR the merchant shows as TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB) — that is our registered company, and Futago Winter is the brand it trades under.

No. We charge RM20 per garment for dry cleaning, and that is waived if you have it dry-cleaned yourself first. Please do not machine wash winter garments at home — it permanently damages the insulation in a down jacket.

That is expected and it is not a problem. Winter clothing is worn outdoors in snow and slush — it gets dirty. That is what the dry cleaning charge is for, and dirt is never treated as damage.

Normal wear, small marks and anything we can repair are not charged. We only deduct from the deposit if an item is damaged beyond re-rental — a large tear, a burn, or a stain that dry cleaning cannot remove.

Every garment is dry-cleaned between rentals, and on top of that the winter wear in our showroom goes through an LG Styler on a regular schedule — steam sanitising that kills bacteria and refreshes the fabric. Everything is kept hung on racks, not folded in boxes. If you are in KL, come and see the showroom before you book.
