Booking happens on WhatsApp — it is faster than a form, and you get a real answer about availability for your dates instead of an automated confirmation.预订透过 WhatsApp 进行 —— 比填表快，而且你会得到真人回覆确认你的日期有没有库存，不是自动回覆。
Step 1 · 第一步
Send us these five things把这五项发给我们
- Your trip dates — departure and return. Your rental period is counted from the departure date.出行日期 —— 出发与回程。租期从出发日期开始计算。
- What you need — jacket, boots, hat, scarf. If you are not sure, tell us where you are going and we will suggest.需要什么 —— 外套、雪靴、帽子、围巾。不确定的话，告诉我们目的地，我们给建议。
- Height and weight — this is how we pick your size if you are not coming in to try things on.身高体重 —— 如果你不来试穿，我们靠这个帮你选尺码。
- Pickup at the KL showroom, or delivery.吉隆坡展示厅自取，或寄送。
- Delivery address, if you want it shipped.寄送地址（如需寄送）。

⚠️ The rental payment is non-refundable⚠️ 租金一经支付，取消不退还
The rental is paid upfront on booking. That payment is what reserves the items for your dates and takes them out of circulation, so if you cancel, the rental is not refunded.租金在预订时全额支付。这笔付款的作用是为你的日期保留衣物、 让它们不再出租给别人，所以取消预订的话，租金不予退还。
We are telling you here, before you pay, rather than burying it in the terms.我们在你付款之前就先讲清楚，而不是把它藏在条款里。
The deposit is separate, and it comes back押金是另外算的，而且会退还
RM100 per winter garment, refunded the same day the item is returned. It is only touched if something comes back damaged beyond re-rental — normal wear and anything repairable is not charged.每件冬装 RM100，归还当天退还。 只有当衣物损坏到无法再出租时才会动用 —— 正常穿着痕迹和可修复的情况都不收费。

Payment methods: DuitNow QR, cash or bank transfer. On DuitNow QR the merchant shows asTWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB) — that is our registered company, and Futago Winter is the brand it trades under.付款方式：DuitNow QR、现金或银行转账。DuitNow QR 的商户名称显示为TWINS JAPAN TRADING (CIMB)，那是我们的注册公司，Futago Winter 是旗下品牌。
Step 3 · 第三步
Book early enough that it reaches you提早预订，确保来得及送到
- West Malaysia 西马At least 5 days before you fly.出发前至少 5 天。
- East Malaysia 东马East Malaysia orders: please enquire early on WhatsApp. We confirm the shipping arrangement, the postage and the expected delivery date individually.东马订单请提早通过 WhatsApp 查询。寄送安排、运费与预计送达时间会个别确认。
- KL self-pickup 吉隆坡自取Anytime, subject to availability.随时可安排，视库存而定。
There is no hard cutoff — if your trip is sooner than this, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it can reach you in time.我们没有硬性截止日期 —— 行程较赶的话还是可以问，我们会如实告诉你能否及时送达。

We reply during showroom hours, daily 10am–11pm.我们在营业时间内回覆，每日 10am–11pm。
